Job Summary:
We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager to ensure outstanding customer experiences, manage key accounts, and support the growth of client relationships. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and a bridge between client needs and project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and resolving issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide updates and progress reports to clients regularly
Requirements:
- Prior experience in client service, account management, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
